Do you ship internationally?

We ship daily to Canada and regularly to many other countries.  To determine whether we ship to your country, simply add one or more items to your shopping cart and fill in your shipping address on the checkout page.  If at that point you don't see your country listed in the drop down menu of available countries, please contact customer service to see if we can add your country.

For international shipping, you can choose eitherFedEx International Economy or USPS International Air.

If you are in a hurry to get your order, you should strongly consider selecting FedEx International Economy.  It can be more expensive than USPS in some cases, but delivery is usually faster and it is easier to track.  FedEx estimates that delivery to Europe is generally 5 business days or less.  Delivery to Canada is typically 3 days or less.  The only thing that slows them down is customs clearance.

Normally, the most cost-effective method to have your order shipped is USPS International Air.  USPS estimates it may take 6 to 10 business days in transit, but they do not guarantee their times. Our experience, is that with the USPS, times in transit vary dramatically depending on the country, the time of year and whether either the US government or your government decide to hold the package at the border for one reason or another.

We guarantee we will address the package the way you have instructed us to do and that the package will be delivered to your government's Customs agency. We cannot guarantee what will happen to the package after it leaves the United States.  If you would like further protection, you may purchase insurance for your package to protect yourself against damage or loss by your government or postal service.  The cost of the insurance is 2% of the your merchandise total.  To add insurance to your order, you must request it at the time you place your order by calling, emailing or including a note with the order.

Although packages typically arrive in Canada within one or three weeks, and typically arrive in Europe and Japan within two or four weeks, packages are not considered lost until 45 days have passed (60 days to Italy for some reason).  The 45 day rule is established by the insurance company.  After 45 days, we are happy to attempt to find your package or replace it (if it has not yet left the United States).  If you have purchased insurance, we will file the insurance claim and immediately re-ship your order.
